Using the site means these terms apply between you and us. They cover the website. They do not cover engineering work, which is covered by section four.

Everything published here describes work we do and how we do it. It is written to be accurate and it is checked by the engineers who do the work, but it is general description rather than engineering advice for your line.

Specifications, standards, lead times and figures move. A controller family goes end of life, a harmonised standard is revised, an enclosure that shipped in six weeks last year now takes twenty. Do not design against a number you read on a marketing page. Ask us and we will confirm it against the project.

Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance. A price becomes a price when it is in a written quotation with our reference on it.

The form is for describing a job. Send us accurate information about the line, the product and the constraints, because the quotation comes back against what you told us and a quotation built on a wrong SKU list is wrong.

Do not send anything confidential through the form before we have a non-disclosure agreement in place. It reaches us as ordinary email. If the work is sensitive, say so in a sentence that gives nothing away and we will get an NDA signed first.

What you send us is handled as set out in the privacy policy.

These terms do not govern a project. Design, panel build, installation, commissioning and after-sales are governed by the signed order and our general conditions of sale, which are issued with every quotation and which set out scope, acceptance, payment, warranty, liability and what happens when the site is not ready on the date the programme says it will be.

Where anything on this page conflicts with a signed order, the signed order wins.

The text, photographs, drawings, the Prital name and the logotype belong to us or to our licensors. You may read the site, print a page and send a link to a colleague. You may not republish the content as your own, use the logotype to suggest a partnership that does not exist, or scrape the site to train a model.

Third-party names on this site, including controller, robot and drive manufacturers, are the trademarks of their owners. We name them because we work on their equipment. Naming a manufacturer is not a claim to be endorsed by them.

We do not promise the site is available without interruption. It gets deployed, hosts have incidents, and certificates renew. If it matters and the site is down, phone us.

Links to other sites are there because the destination is useful. We do not control them and we are not responsible for what they publish or what they do with your data once you are there.

We are liable for loss caused by our own negligence in publishing this site, to the extent Italian law makes us liable and no further. We are not liable for loss arising from a decision taken on the basis of a general description here rather than on written engineering advice for your line, which is why section two asks you to confirm the numbers.

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Nothing here affects the rights of a consumer under Italian consumer law.

Italian law governs these terms and anything arising out of them. The courts of Bergamo have exclusive jurisdiction, except where you are contracting as a consumer, in which case you may also bring proceedings in the courts where you live.

If a court finds one clause here unenforceable, the rest stands.
