Prital is an industrial automation and engineering company based in Bergamo. We take a production line from the first control philosophy through panel build, installation and commissioning, and then we keep it running.
Most of what goes wrong on an automated line goes wrong at a handover: between the machine builder and the integrator, between the integrator and maintenance, between the commissioning team and the operators who inherit it. We do not have those handovers, because the same engineers are there for all of it.
It is a slower way to grow a company. It is why the people who called us for one cell call us again for the plant.

We scope on your floor
Cycle times, changeover losses and the three things your line operators would fix first. A scope written in a meeting room is a scope that discovers the real constraint during commissioning.
We build the panels ourselves
Machine control and power distribution panels are wired and tested in our own workshop, to standard, before they are shipped. Nothing arrives on your floor to be debugged there.
We commission around production
Retrofits happen on the calendar the plant already has: weekends, planned stops and shift patterns. Every stage is reversible until the new line has held its rate.
We are still there afterwards
The engineers who wrote the code answer the call. Worldwide after-sales across fifty-one countries, and maintenance contracts on lines we did not install.

Point to point checks, functional tests against the real control code, and a printed set of drawings that matches what is actually in the enclosure. It adds days at our end and removes them from yours.
