Every panel is wired, powered and tested against the real control code in Bergamo before it ships. It adds days at our end and removes them from yours.
An engineer replies, usually within a working day. Not a salesperson.
- Machine control panels, motor control centres and power distribution boards
- Schematic design in EPLAN, with an as-built set that matches the enclosure
- Build and wiring to IEC 61439 and IEC 60204-1
- Point to point testing and powered functional test against the real code
- Safety relays, drives and PLC hardware fitted and parameterised
- Retrofit and rewire of existing enclosures, including undocumented ones
Each one has an output the next one depends on. Skipping a stage does not save the time it appears to save.

Schematic
Drawn before it is built, reviewed with you, and issued as a numbered revision. The drawing set is a deliverable, not a by-product.
- 02
Build
Wired in our own workshop by our own people. Ferruled, numbered and labelled to the drawing, so that a fault at three in the morning is a five minute job.
- 03
Test
Continuity, insulation and a powered functional test with the actual PLC programme loaded. Nothing arrives on your floor to be debugged there.
- 04
Install and certify
Delivered, installed, connected and certified, with the as-built pack in the door pocket.
- Standards
- IEC 61439-1 / -2 assemblies, IEC 60204-1 machine electrical safety
- Protection
- IP54 to IP66, stainless steel for washdown and food contact areas
- Drives
- Siemens Sinamics, Rockwell PowerFlex, Danfoss, Lenze
- Deliverables
- EPLAN as-built set, test certificates, CE declaration, spares list

Yes, and it is a good deal of what we do. We trace it, draw it, and then you own a documented panel rather than a mystery in a cabinet.

Tell us what the line has to do. One of our engineers will come back with how we would make it do that, and what it takes.
