New lines, relocations and retrofits, installed around your shift pattern. Every stage reversible until the new arrangement has held its rate.
An engineer replies, usually within a working day. Not a salesperson.
- Mechanical installation, alignment and levelling of lines and single machines
- Power distribution, cable containment, terminations and field wiring
- Machine relocation, including disassembly, transport and recommissioning
- Retrofit of existing lines in planned stops and weekend windows
- Preventive and corrective maintenance contracts
- Utilities coordination: compressed air, water, steam and extraction
Each one has an output the next one depends on. Skipping a stage does not save the time it appears to save.

Survey
Measured on your floor, not off a drawing. Floors are never as flat as the layout says and services are never where the as-built claims.
- 02
Window plan
Work broken into the stops you actually have, with a defined point in each one after which we can still put production back.
- 03
Install
Mechanical, electrical and controls sequenced so that trades are not waiting on each other in a live plant.
- 04
Prove and release
Run at rate before the window closes. If it will not, we restore and take the next window.

- Site inductions, method statements and risk assessments per plant

Often, in the space around a running line, with the interfaces done in planned stops. We will tell you where that is not safe.

Electrical panels
Machine control and power distribution panels, built and tested to standard in our own workshop before they ever reach your floor.

Line start-up assistance
Fast, supervised ramp-ups. We stay on site until the line holds its rate with your operators running it, not ours.

Robotics & cobots
Installation, programming and maintenance of robot cells and collaborative arms, from cycle-time studies to the day they run unattended.

Tell us what the line has to do. One of our engineers will come back with how we would make it do that, and what it takes.
